Listening: I have been ROCKING IT on twitter and facebook the last couple of days so now I’m listening to the messages coming through on my phone!

Loving: My running goal this year is to run #500in2014, and I knocked some out with my 1st 5k of the year today.

Thinking: I’ve finally decided that I want my #oneword to be BELIEVE, and now I’m thinking about the blog post I’ll be writing later this week to explain it.

Wanting: I REALLY would love to have a couple more weeks of vacation!!!!!!!!!!! Who’s with me on this??

Needing: I need to write my lesson plans for next week and NOT wait until Sunday…..

My big memory from 2013 was running a 1/2 marathon back in February. Will I ever do one again? Probably not. Was it easy? It almost killed me. 🙂 Am I glad I did it? You betcha!

Listening: I’m telling you my computer is running hot lately I’ve been on it so much!!

Loving: Got nails put on (LOVE) and a new hair cut (LOVE)!

Thinking: Oh. My. Gosh. The clock is ticking. I’ve been reading and researching and thinking all summer. BUT do I have written plans? No. Outline? No. I’ve got to get to it! 🙂

Wanting: Went to the beach last week. I want to go again. Enough said.

Needing: Seriously. I need some super powers to get it all done. There’s so much that’s new for me this year. That’s a whole other blog post. 🙂

Must haves for back to school: DIET PEPSI!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND MORE DIET PEPSI!! AND SOME MORE!! DID I MENTION DIET PEPSI???

June Currently

June the 1st. Can you believe it????? 🙂 Happy days are here.

LISTENING: We live in the country so I get to hear all sorts of lyrical tunes like frogs, crickets, birds, and coyotes. Tonight the coyotes have struck up what sounds like a rhythm band, and the dogs have joined in. Music to my ears. But they better hush when I’m ready to go to bed! 🙂

LOVING: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new iphone 5!! OMG!! I’m not sure how productive I’ll be for the rest of the summer…..

THINKING: Yes, I really do miss my husband. Oh, he’s coming home. He just works 3rd shift (for a year now), and it would be nice if he was on day shift-then we could be a normal family and fuss and get on each other’s nerves. 🙂 I even miss him after he cut through our phone line today with the bulldozier which in turn took MY INTERNET DOWN. Then he told me not to get the phone company to fix it until he finishes with the driveway. Now you have to understand-I’m still waiting on him to finish other projects from 7 years ago. But guess what I remembered? That I got this little hotspot box when I got my iphone and IT GIVES ME WI-FI!! I’m back in business!!!

WANTING: I SERIOUSLY want to go to the beach!!! But I got accepted to the National Writing Project and start on Monday-June 3rd so the trip will be postponed to sometime in July. Sigh. BUT I’m SO excited about the Writing Project. Come back and visit cause I’ll be posting lots!

NEEDING: I’m in dire need of another diet pepsi from the kitchen, but I’ve GOT to get this post written, published, and linked up before 453 more people do it in front of me. 🙂

AND my 3 vacation essentials would be books, running shoes, and MORE BOOKS!! I.LOVE.TO.READ.

Currently August

As Charlie Brown would say-“Good Grief”!!!! It took me long enought to get this to work right!!! O.M.G. I even had instructions to go by over at The Teachers’ Cauldron. AND-Elizabeth at Fun in Room B (God bless her soul) sent me MORE instructions and kept checking on me. Thanks, Elizabeth! Don’t ask me what I clicked, but it eventually worked!
