2. 3/25/12-34:34-Auburn University 5k-Weighed 137 pounds.
3. 4/21/12-33:00-Auburn University Finish on the 50 Yardline 5k-Weighed 130 pounds
4. 5/19/12-33:45-Finishing With Faith 5k-Weighed 128 pounds
This is so awesome! I am currently training for a 5K using the Couch to 5K program. I’m totally terrified, but want to do this. Since January I’ve lost almost 20 pounds and feel the best I have felt in my whole life!! Way to go…you look great!!
Thanks, Christy. I used the couch25k. It so works to make you a runner from ground zero. 🙂 And the feeling better is icing on top of the cake of looking better!!!!!!!!
